The Green Food Express journey began in 2017 when five friends, each deeply rooted in the Japanese food industry, came together with one simple goal: finding the best quality Nori (dried seaweed). Having worked extensively in Japanese cuisine, we knew firsthand how crucial good Nori is for authentic sushi. We were driven by the desire to offer something exceptional, something our customers could rely on.
